Gordon MacFarlane Trophy (1st XI Bowling Ave)
The 1st XI bowling average was named after club legend Gordon MacFarlane who had been the winner of the bowling average a record nine times. Gordon is the current club games, wickets and runs record holder and is the only player in Altona Cricket Club history to take 600 wickets.

Gordon has won the prestigious Kirk Medal eight times, is the winner of the Hatch Medal
which is the1st XI Best & Fairest in the Sub District Competition and is also a Life Member of the club.
